Check out this Super Healthy Salad Recipe by a 10years young girl Muskaan Panchal. This is not only healthy, but even delicious and tummy filling dish to try by all of us.

Boil and chop mushrooms.

Wash and chop the following:

  • Tofu
  • Broccoli
  • Bell peppers – yellow and red
  • Capsicum
  • Tomatoes
  • Carrots
  • Cabbage

Sautee all of the above in very little olive oil

Add Italian mixed herbs, salt and lemon juice and mix well

Place fresh washed Lettuce leaves in a bowl and serve the salad in it

Garnish with pomegranate.
